What a ballache, but wouldnt even fancy our chances against 11 snowmen at the moment.
Yeah, we all know which team would be the melts

According to the radio they DO have undersoil heating but didn’t turn it on in time. This should be a forfeit. But wait for them to try to spin it as ‘we were concerned for fans walking to the stadium as the surrounding areas are perilous’ and get away with it.
Can't even trust northerners in a bit of snow now!! fudge me that's half the fudging year, guess Covid lockdown was no different to normal in Burnley then. tossers!!Same applies though doesn't it? They can't make the stadium safe?
Unless there is a curfew to all drivers, walkers, people using public transport in the whole of Burnley and the north-west in general then beyond the stadium is irrelevant. The issue here is whether Burnley can make the stadium safe by employing enough people to throw enough salt around which they obviously can't.
bet the local Morrison's haven't had to close because of 'access issues in the surrounding area'.
As was said above, Scotland seems able to deal with worse weather much better.
Safety my ass. We're still playing in Norway, where there is over 50 cm of snow and - 15 degrees. Utter farse that it's called off!"The surrounding areas" bit is key - safety always comes first
Those two things are not connected.Safety my ass. We're still playing in Norway, where there is over 50 cm of snow and - 15 degrees. Utter farse that it's called off!
Ah, one of those warm weather under soil heating systems! They seemed to suggest it’s because it doesn’t work well with snow…
Fancy building a football pitch on top of a Moor!
idiots
A Paul Stewart brace away at Sheffield Wednesday on a Sunday afternoon always comes to mind when an orange ball is used.According to my mate inside the ground, their stewards refused to help clear the pitch so 15 THFC stewards were helping instead. Sounds like they didn’t fancy playing today. Goodness only knows why: we are ripe for the taking, especially in those conditions. I don’t want to sound like the middle aged man that I actually am, but when I was a kid games were frequently played on snow covered pitches. And they were bloody brilliant to watch. Always loved an orange ball.
Conte named Sanchez in the eleven. If he didn't do that knowing the game would be postponed, he should be fired immediately.
Jesus, he's bad enough on a normal day...imagine him playing in those conditions.
How come they can play in Leicester? Same conditions. Ridiculous that game got postponed.
When on the right he is a good player. Left? Liability.
