***OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Boro***

Our away form have not been good this season. We have simply dropped too many points away, including drawing the last 2 away matches against ManCity and bottom team Sunderland. In contrast, we have an excellent home record, winning 9 and drawing 2 matches. So, we have to make the most from our home matches. We have good home record against Boro, winning 3 and drawing 2 of our last 5 league matches at home. So, there is no excuse not to beat them this time.

All our key players were very poor against Sunderland. Hope the likes of Kane, Alli and Son will be back to their best in this match. Kane has been poor against ManCity and Sunderland after scoring the hattrick against WBA. Want to see him get back his goal scoring boot against Boro. Kane has never scored against Boro. It will be a perfect time to score now. Son scored 2 brilliant goals when we beat Boro away earlier in the season. It will help us if he can find 1 here.

Our midfield had a less effective game against Sunderland. Hope Wanyama and Dembele will gave a good match. Alli had been on a great goal scoring run before the Sunderland match. Want to see him start another goal scoring run in this match. Eriksen has had 8 assists so far this season. Really wish he can start scoring especially from freekicks.

Our defence is less convincing whenever Alderweireld and Vertonghen are not playing together. With Vertonghen out injured, we have to hope the likes of Dier or Wimmer can have a error-free game. It will be good to see Lloris returning in goal for us. He had 2 blunders against ManCity. Hope he will be back to his best against Boro. It will be disappointing if we don't keep the clean sheet in this match.

Boro is the kind of teams we should be beating at home. After drawing our last 2 league matches, we have to win this match to stay in the title race. Hope we will turn up with the right team and mentality to get the all-important win.
 
No rose so our attack is predictably though the walker or something from the centre. Walker, Kane, alli and Eriksen need to be bold and take some risks.our defence is good enough for the likes of Boro, even with Davies and Wimmer, especially with Wanyama shielding.

And we played the formation I want us to play today; 4-1-4-1. In that game we played Walker, Alderweireld, Verts, Davies - Wanyama
Sissoko, Eriksen, Alli, Son
Janssen.
Swap Verts for Wimmer/Dier and Jansen for Kane. Should do the trick. Dembele can rest this game. We need him in top shape vs pool.

Too bad we will miss Lamela, Vertonghen and Rose. We seem to have too many injury problems now. Hope the rest of the team will put up a good performance and get a convincing win.

We had Dembele, Dier, Rose and Kane out in the away game vs them. We should be fine.

Spot on. It also gives us pacy game changers on the bench, which are often more useful against tiring sides than starting against packed defences

Dembele is the one that needs to take the risks. He needs to drive forward to the edge of their area and then shoot for GHod's sake man. He has a cannonball shot but always seem reluctant to use it. More goals needed from him against these "lesser" teams. We have enough cover behind him to allow him to get forward more.
