Dawson, Vertonghen, and Townsend have been good.

Yeah, that's about it and even them three would only rate a 7/10 in my opinion. .Siggy with a few moments but not enough of them.

For me the problem stems from the midfield triangle. Neither Sandro nor little Paulie have got the ball to Holtby's feet once. Holtby should be the fulcrum of everything but it is just not happening. My first sub would be Dembele for Paulinho. If Dembele breaks past the first challenge, which he does frequently, it should open up the pitch. Now Dembele doesn't release it when he should but hopefully today is the day where all that changes

Haven't seen anyone complimenting Villa on the way they set up defensively. Let us have the ball in our own half, and as soon as we get near the half-way line press the **** out of us. The logcal response is passing it back to the free CBs, rather than trying to play intricate stuff in dangerous areas when outnumbered and being aggressively pressed.

Now we've got the lead let's hope Villa try and get on the ball more and give us the chance to break and have a bit more space going forward.

Totally agree. He just looks lost and bewildered out there. He cant be happy at the moment. Baffling decision to buy him and then play this way.

I think Chiriches has been the better of the two in all honesty. Based on that half.
