OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v aston villa

What happened to those waves of awesome power we had against Norwich? I'm pretty sure that's the blueprint for our style, but not seeing it.

Comes back to the reason why - as mentioned above, we're very very slow with our passing and that's compounded by the lack of pace of Soldado, Siggy, Holtby and (less importantly) the CMs
 
To be fair to AVB, he's still working out his best team however I struggle to see how we can pay Siggy, Soldado and Holtby in the same team. Lennon or Lamela needs to come in on the left wing and then he needs to decide whether Siggy, Eriksen or Holtby plays off SOldado

every pass sigg has hit so far has been backwards.. it's like we dont have a left side with him there.

None of our 3 centre halfs have any pace. We're struggling on a fast pitch against a team with quick forwards playing on the counter attack.

Yep, I think SIggy either needs to play in the Holtby/Eriksen role or not at all. Lennon or Lamela need to play left wing

We just haven't looked like tearing anyone apart in the league apart from the first halves against Norwich and Chavski, wish AVB could work out how to make us play as well as we did in those 45min periods more often...
 
We are not linking up in attack at all... Sigg, Holtby, Soldado hardly getting the ball... maybe we need a long shot from Sigg, Holtby, Townsend

A bit dispiriting after watching the incredible interplay from the **** for their first goal yesterday
 
Everytime we get the ball at the back we cant play it out because we have 2 in the middle versus 3. we need another central midfielder not a winger.

We're easy to play against - very very slow at using the ball and lack pace either at CF or left wing
 
Im actually getting mad. Why oh ****ing why do we feel the need to let every opposition get organised before we begin an attack. Im sorry but AVB aint got a ****ing clue. He simply isnt addressing the issues. Same problems every week.
