Our home form have been excellent in recent months but our away form have not been good lately. We are winless in our last 5 away matches in all competitions, 2 of them in the league. We badly need to improve our away form in the league if we want to stay in the top 4 race. It is not going to be easy against Palace with it being another London derby. But we do have a good record against Palace as we have beaten them in our last 5 league matches against them. We need to make use of our good form against them to get a win here and improve our chances to finish in top 4.
No doubt Kane will be our key player again. He has not scored in 3 of his previous matches against Palace. Hope he will score a goal or two in this match. After all, Kane badly needs to continue his goal scoring run to overtake Salah in their battle for the top scorer of the league. Apart from Kane, we need others like Eriksen, Son and Alli to step up and help us beat Palace. Will prefer if Lamela start this match as well but he should at least come on as the sub early in the second half.
All our midfielders seem to be free of injuries now. It is good to have many options in midfield. I think our ideal midfield partnership will be Dembele and Wanyama. Hope Dembele will continue his recent good form. Moura did well to score in his debut against Rochdale. Not sure if he is ready for this league match or not. Maybe he can come on later in the match. Sissoko has not been playing well recently but somehow think he will come on in the second half.
Our defence have not been keeping too many clean sheets this season, particularly after Alderweireld got injured. Good to see Alderweireld returning from injury against Rochdale but he looked rusty. It will be great if we can have Alderweireld at his best again, partnering Vertonghen in defence. Otherwise, we have to rely on Sanchez and Vertonghen in defence. Sanchez has been playing well most of the time but he still needs to avoid making crucial errors in defence. With due respect to Palace, it will be disappointing if Lloris and the defence does not keep the clean sheet in this match.
It is going to be another tense London derby against Palace. But we have to beat them if we want to stay in the top 4 race. Let's hope we will turn up with the right team and mentality to get all the 3 points in this match.

Palace will not make it easy for us with this being another London derby. We need to get an early goal to help us settle our nerves and then go for more goals to kill the game off. Let's hope we will put up a good performance and get a convincing win to stay in the top 4 race.

It all starts to become unbearable now. Slipping up could cost us dearly from now till then end of the season. We need to be on it in every game.
Champions league is a must moving into the new stadium. Also to keep hold of our best players. Now they have all had a taste of it, I can’t see them wanting to stick around if we aren’t in it consistently now.
Not sure about today’s game. As a pessimist I always think the worst. If our attitude is right we will win. All down to us. We need to be ready to fight.

Sorry, but I'm not optimistic. This has all the signs of a frustrating day. Given all the players they miss, they won't set up to play football. We'll play slow and sideways and struggle to create chances, and they'll nick a goal from some shambolic defending from a corner.
