Umtiti got ripped into by Lennon and Walker but he cheated to turn the game for them for a while and of course scored that goal.

Ignore what I said before - I've just seen the training room video and it looks like Spurs will be playing in our normal all-white kit tonight.

Just a reminder that we're unbeaten in this kit since losing to Wigan Athletic on 3rd November 2012.

I believe that before Redknapp's reign we'd only ever lost twice at WHL in over 50 home European matches (1 in the early 80s and 1 under Jol). I don't know what the current count is.

BTW that's re the all white kit; I know we're away tonight.

No idea how Umtiti managed to stay on the pitch. About 20 yellow card offenses and simulations.

Yes, lost to Real Madrid 0-1 (Mabbutt og) on 6th March 1985 in the UEFA Cup 4th Round.

And lost twice at home in the 2007-08 UEFA Cup to Getafe and PSV under Martin Jol.

Team from @spursofficial

Friedel; Walker Gallas Vertonghen Assou-Ekotto; Parker Dembele; Lennon Holtby Bale; Adebayor

Subs: Lloris, Naughton, Caulker, Dawson Livermore, Dempsey & Sigurdsson

Good team. Decent bench. Think there are a lack of options to be put on the bench though with the two cb's.

Guess that's down to Defoe/Sandro though.

AVB reading the forum!

Well done! I would settle for your predicted score, too

Lloris for me but apart for that its ok. Hopefully take Bale and Lennon off at some point if we're comfortable.

Can see this match being a very tense one for us. Wish we had won with a bigger margin in the first leg. Hope we will turn up with the right mentality. We cannot afford to get complacent in this match. With EL being our only chance of winning a trophy, hope we will give our best in this match.

Without a doubt, all the attention will be on Bale in this match. This is where other players can make use of this chance to step up and prove their worth. Want to see more contributions from Lennon and Dembele, especially. Lennon can be our match winner if he really step up his performance. Can see Bale being marked tightly. Hope he will make use of any chance that comes his way, especially the freekicks.

I think our defence will make or break this match for us. Hope they will avoid any silly mistakes and get a clean sheet. Wish Lloris is starting this match. With his France connection, he can atleast stop the crowd from harassing us. Just hope Friedel will get the defence play well in this match. We need to stop Lyon from lauching those long range efforts.

Hope we had practised penalties for this match, just in case we need them. But with our bad record in penalty shootouts, don't want it to go into that. Hope we can settle this match in normal time. Hope we will turn up with a good performance and result.

I hope we don't regret not playing Dawson against Gomis at the end of this.
He looks like hes gonna dominate Verts and Gallas already.

I hope we don't regret playing Friedel. Love the big man but Lloris is familiar here and hardly needs a rest. But in AVB we must trust eh?
