Non Stop - decent movie, enjoyable. I do like Liam Neeson - easy watching but plays similar characters
 
Yeah just seen that, 5/10 i guess - not much of a fan of Neeson. Not a bad movie, ending felt a little stupid (as in the reveal)


Also watched part 1 and part 2 of Mesrine the other night, which was fantastic Vincent Cassel is a quality actor and is in top form for this. 8/10
 
Vincent Cassel is awesome. 2 of my favourite films are Eastern Promises and Black Swan.

Married to Monica Belucci as well, lucky git.

You need to check out the two part Jacques Mesrine film; 'Killer Instinct' and 'Public Enemy No. 1'.

Absolutely brilliant performance by Cassel.
 
I like Cassel - great actor.

I do lik ethe odd french movie. Les Rivieres Pourpres (definitely misspelt it) is brilliant. 1&2. As was La Haine.
 
MGM and Warner Bros are going to resurrect the Stargate franchise. So, already I'm worried about how much they're going to **** up the legacy from the tv-series and then I see Emmerich/Devlin are attached. ](*,)](*,)](*,)
 
Been rewatching a lot of films I love. Enjoyed Apocolypse Now the most, what a movie! Has to be in my top five ever. Also watched True Grit again and enjoyed it much more than the first time when I think my expectations were too high. This time I thought it was brilliant.

Brando's performance in the final 30 minutes is the finest I've ever seen. Even though he literally says nothing and just rubs his bald head, you simply cannot take your eyes off him for a moment. Very rare are the actors who can dominate an entire scene with their presence only.

If there is, indeed, anything approaching a 'GHod' who 'creates' things, then it can pat itself on the back (if it has a back!) for Monica Belucci because she is absolutely fantabulously superb! Even my missus said Belucci would be enough to turn her gay for a night or two…sigh...
