It's all a bit David Brent for my liking.Of course, it was the only factor yesterday.
I think that it has value even if it is in keeping training fresh and helping build team spirit.

PATHETIC to see Poch being slated here. Sadly I am not surprised. Predictable. And again, pathetic.

If I were a player and I had to wait 3 weeks for a game and my manager decided to use my time doing that instead of seeing my family/doing something productive with that time I'd lose all respect for him and probably resent him for it.Players often talk about boredom when they are away together for a prolonged period. No football for three weeks and out in Spain for the last week, I can see why he wanted to do something different. I suspect that it's not the kind of thing that you can repeat and I doubt that he will.

Of course I have superiority - life would be fudging awful without it.
Doesn't everyone consider themselves better than everyone else?
The team's already built. What it isn't (still) is capable of holding onto the ball in midfield or breaking the press.Having a laugh with your mates is an important part of team building. A player who didn't buy into that would've been out the door with Adebayor in his first season.
My condolencesNo.

Team building isn't a one off activity

Yep if you don’t believe in yourself no fudger else will.
I genuinely don't know how people could live any other way. Do people really go about their lives feeling that others are better than them?As apparently tied as you are to cold, logical reason, I'm surprised that this is the conclusion you would come to.
No, the superiority is just there, like gravityDo you believe one needs to have superiority to believe in oneself?

That’s the point. That’s why firewalking is counterproductive.
That’s not superiority. That’s insecurity my friend. For example, HootNow tends to school you a fair bit on this forum, but has never shown superiority around it. Like some posters on hereNo, the superiority is just there, like gravity
