If one is to be banned/sanctioned/sentenced by a court or tribunal the facts are unearthed, all sides have their say and then a judgement made with full disclosure of the procedure and what's been said. It’s all very strange isn’t it! Now the FA have had their say hopefully Poch can say what Dean said, all cards on the table!
I’d imagine now they’ve released a statement saying what Poch said we could release one saying what Dean said without getting in trouble? If one is to be banned/sanctioned/sentenced by a court or tribunal the facts are unearthed, all sides have their say and then a judgement made with full disclosure of the procedure and what's been said.
Sounds fair? Not at the FA obviously.
Let's see whether the same standards are now applied to other managers..... Starting with Everton's Marco Silva who, last weekend, behaved in a very similar way to Poch did.
Interesting as it looked pretty clear to me that Poch was repeatedly saying to Dein "What did you say?". I wonder why Dein hasn't mentioned that at all?
Then I would expect our chairman to wade in. I think he has already been weak in allowing some of our players (I'm thinking Ali and Dembele specifically here) to be punished for incidents pretty much identical to players of other teams who were not punished so severely both prior to and since their altercations. I would like our chairman to be writing (and releasing to the press) letters asking why player X or manager Y isn't being punished in a commensurate way.And if they are not?

I disagree. I think I read a story a year or so ago saying how upset with Levy Pochettino was that he had rolled over too easily and allowed the club to accept the punishments for the players instead of putting up a fight. It's not as if Levy would actually write the letters himself, his name would just be put to them.Doubt it! Levy has bigger things to worry about!
It’s a fan thing.
It seems like Mike Dean in his report has conveniently left out what he said that clearly led to an even stronger reaction from Pochettino and Perez. From the video I can't see or hear "You know what you are", but I can clearly hear "you can't say that" and "repeat to the camera". It seems like Mr Dean is being rather economical with the truth is that is his full report.
He'll be too busy practicing his 'gestures' in front of his full-length, full-wall mirrors.Mike Dean should be ashamed of himself. Seriously.

Perez (and Poch I think) was saying "Don't say that, don't say that" to Dean. So Dean probably said something along the lines of "Well, that's the end of your title bid" which is precisely what I was thinking at the time.Interesting as it looked pretty clear to me that Poch was repeatedly saying to Dein "What did you say?". I wonder why Dein hasn't mentioned that at all?
What have you heard that he said?Mike Dean should be ashamed of himself. Seriously.
