Manager Sack Watch

Think it would be a bad move for him to go to utd. It's going to be very difficult to shift any players. Which will make it difficult to bring any in.

He might get the current squad to play better. But to the level of city and arsenal? No chance.

He might choose juve. They also have their own problems though.

Wonder why they have announced this? Is there any compo for Brighton in this scenario? I'd have given it a couple of weeks and seen if anyone was willing to pay for him.
Compensation will likely be payable for a period of time - probably 6 months.
He might be leaving, but might still be under contractual obligations.

What's Potter's plan do you think?
He's supposedly turned down jobs, biding his time allowing his absence to build a perception of him being a genius-in-waiting. Like a player who wasn't selected to play in a defeat was always the answer.

Danger is people will eventually stop talking about him (I havent seen serious mention of him for the any recent jobs - West Ham, Brighton, Bayern, Man Utd) and he goes full Curbishley.

I thought he was all agreed to take over United? He's been Radcliffe's guest at a couple of games. Aren't they just waiting for after the cup final to confirm?

I really don't understand why he turned down Ajax. That would be a great gig.
