Manager Sack Watch

Valencia have sacked Pako Ayestaran as coach less than six months after handing him the job following a dire start to the season with the club propping up the La Liga table. They have yet to earn a point after four defeats and were beaten 2-1 by Athletic Bilbao on Sunday after taking the lead.

Neville had posted the worst record of any coach in the club’s history but Ayestaran has now got that unwanted honour, taking 10 points in 12 games, winning three, drawing one and losing eight. Neville picked up 14 points in 16.

Swansea fans down here are getting a bit itchy on their manager....he's starting to fall out with a few players, won't be surprised if something happens by end of the month/next international break.

Blimey, he looks ancient. I remember his playing days.

Management can't be good for you. At least managing Orient can't be good for you.

Pearson has been suspended by Derby, he won't take charge of their game tonight.

He really is a prize bell end isn't he!

Swansea, West Ham, Stoke, Sunderland, Hull, Middlesbrough. At least five of those six will sack their manager this season. A few losses in a row and it should be game over for Pulis as well.

Where's Allardyce going to rock up next, I wonder. I wouldn't be surprised to see him back at West Ham before very long.

I think the fact Karen Brady came out and said how he's been a silly boy when to be honest she could have just declined to comment means they are not exactly on best terms anymore. Although who's knows in football. If things carry on they are gonna need a Pulis/Allardyce/relegation avoiding manager ;)
