Whilst I would love us to have another trophy in the cabinet, winning the League Cup does seem to be the kiss of death for managers (well except for those of Manchester clubs) and I would like Poch to be given a bit of time to try and implement his philosophy at Spurs...
2007 Chelsea: Mourinho sacked that autumn.
2008 Spurs: Ramos sacked after 2pts from 8 games.
2011 Birmingham: McLeish leaves after getting them relegated.
2012 Liverpool: Dalglish sacked after their lowest league placing in 18 years.
2013 Swansea: Laudrup sacked after only 9 wins in next 38 games.
So in a straight choice between the 2 I'd prefer to see us bag 3pts in the NLD... and then prioritise breaking that FA Cup semi-final curse [-o<
