Jose Mourinho - SACKED

I think we’ve had more good than bad with managers under ENIC, progress has been pretty steady.

Jol, Redknapp and Poch thrived, AVB had a good year before losing Bale, Ramos beat Chelsea in a final, even Sherwood didn’t show himself up that much.

Gotta rankle that Mourinho's going to be propping up the rest along with Santini by the time he leaves :p

OK Scara.... you’re right... Mbappe is still unproven. :D

Yes indeed Kane turned into one of the best players in the world under Pochettino. He certainly wasn’t at the point that the manager arrived.

He’s won a World Cup, but his career could still go either way. I’m a fan, I think he will be great, but it’s early days.

Yep, all involved deserve great credit for the Kane we have today.

Sherwood was an improvement upon AVB. Hopefully our next manager will be significantly better than both.

Feels like it was this misfit shot by Bale which ended Mourinho’s brief flirtation with swashbuckling football (remember Chelsea and ManU fans messaging me after we went 3-0 up to express their surprise at how the leopard had changed his spots) but moments later the fear returned and now our only hope is to grind out enough points for a CL spot and pray that Stones gifts us a winner at Wembley.

The key difference is that Poch was in post for more than five years. Mourinho for less than a single full season. If you really can't see the difference, then this discussion is over

Yeah, and there bigger key is you simply do not appear to recognize the rapid (and I mean RAPID) trajectory we took under the previous manager whilst also building the stadium/being homeless/shopping tag Mr fudging Byrite when every other side in our tier group was shopping at Prada.

Mourinho said he was happy with what he had when he arrived, he intimated prior to taking the job hje could do better with the same group.

He has failed up to now. In 16 months. Still, there's always hope, right?

Agree completely. The West Ham game was much more of a turning point imo.

It wasn’t a miss hit shot, he was taken out, it should have been a pelanty.

Looking forward to July to see the areas Jose will strengthen. Slowly getting there.
He still hasn’t had a proper pre season with the squad yet either and with the constant congestion of games would be the first time he’s had a decent period to work with the squad....
