Whatever he does or does not do want. His football attitude is negative.
Any team who can defend half-decently causes us BIG problems.

Agree entirely but Sissoko has been brilliant and integral for last two seasons in the team. He's not been mediocre and actually enables the team to function.

Winks offers nothing in my view, not attacking, not defensive, not possession, nothing. No idea why he's getting a slot ahead of Dele.

Aside from the above, listen, this is a tactics issue and therefore the buck stops with Jose. Sorry, i don't want to hear about us not finishing some of the chances we got, because Fulham had just as many chances themselves and didn't finish them.

Jose is paid big bucks to figure it out, and he hasn't. I backed him when things were going well and still back him now, but this has happened too many times now and he hasn't solved the equation, and that's on him.

I mean we pressed on that game
We played good football too
And we took the chances well
We also kept the ball in midfield when needed
It was a great performance coupled with their stupidity

Different era. Did everyone leave United after they won it?
In a club like ours which has a mediocre record of winning things (hell the volume of posts on here from fans when Poch was here complaining about a lack of trophies was quite clear) a league cup is progress
I also think we will get close and possibly win the europa and do what United did that season. It feels the same now to me and we have the qualities to do that
If that isn’t good enough for players that have foundered before when getting close then what is...

You misunderstood my post - there's no point arguing this point when both you and i just have opposite opinions, it's not going to change eithers thinking. You think a LC win will keep Kane and Son here, i don't. No point going round in circles over it

If you think a league cup win and missing CL will keep anyone other the the poor players happy then that’s fine, everyone is entitled to an opinion.... Mine differs from yours though and I think two of our best three players from when we won it before owing off to CL teams proves that.

I think all of the players will naturally be delighted to win a Cup, but the best ones will want CL football and try to move away to get that.

if we win the Europa as well then that would be CL qualification and a different story. I don’t see us winning two trophies though. Would love to be wrong.

We defended well
But the mistake for the goal was bad
Unchallenged header isn’t excusable
Again it was a game where we linot a team to so few chances but concede
People say Jose’s favourite result is 2 nil... but to do that you need the second goal
That’s is a huge part of what is killing his system

As concerning as the uncanny predictability of these results has become, though, must be the identity of the teams pegging Spurs back. Saudi Sportswashing Machine. West Ham. Crystal Palace. Wolves. Fulham. This is not elite clubs forcing Spurs on to the back foot, it is Spurs constantly ceding territory and possession in the seemingly heartfelt yet baffling and wrong belief that this time things will be different.

If we don't get CL he needs to go. I know it's drastic but honestly if we don't qualify it will all be down to the manager. He has had the perfect opportunity this season to enshrine qualification but seems intend on throwing it away with the cowardly approach we take every match.

I don’t think there can be any arguments with the investment in quantity of players made for Jose if we don’t get it
