I genuinely believe these games show him more and more than he could have hoped for
He had the time before the restart to do what he wanted with the players and he can now see who has took it in

I’ll throw a curve ball in based on tonight; Tanguy was battling, running and passing. He played and showed more than anyone else. That’s a good message to Jose
Hugo has also stepped up as has Toby when asked in the last two. That for him is key

He was sacked mainly because other than Lukaku his signings were expensive flops. Bailly, Lindalof, Mikataryian, Sanchez, Dalot, Fred....

Pogba was even a flop under him and he was a world record wasn’t he?

Pogba is still a flop IMO for that fee
But yeah he spent money
Ole has also spent money
In fact all managers spend money to win things

Yet to be see with Ole but what he looks to have done well is rip up the mess left and has a clear plan ahead with youth and improving the under performing. His United looks exciting and full of youth, that’s not bias to rip into Jose but he seems to have a nice set up now which needs maybe 1 or 2 tweets not 20

The comparative was to Spurs, one in which Poch took on a curve upwards after 25 years of regression.

Jose May have won more at United but Ignoring It was United and Jose was backed more than Poch could ever be is slightly silly TBH.

He has brought in a hell of a lot of players to change it again
That team today had 2 of Jose’s signings starting and a handful on the bench
5 of oles signings started or came on and they cost £200m plus
It’s all about £££

But the colour coding doesn’t make comparisons between different years, it makes comparisons between different teams in any given year. So it shows that our net spending on transfer fees was more than Arsenal and similar to Man U and Liverpool before the stadium was announced.

I'd bet good money sanchez was nothing to do with Jose, that was a Woodward signing IMHO.

But Poch was sacked as he didn’t win trophies
There are loads and loads of fans who judge purely on that and wanted him gone
I’m quite happy watching good football and playing classic games myself but that’s not enough for most
And Poch was backed. The issue was his success rate wasn’t great for a club that’s not united or city so can’t just write off the failed signings.
