I want Poch back

Out of 14 league games Son and Bentancur have played 12 and sub once. On top of that they have played all European games. That is not rotation.
PEH has missed one league game.

Royal played every game till his red against Arsenal, I would imagine PEH has a similar record TBH.

We haven’t rotated and players have then got injured so we couldn’t rotate
Scary planning

Maybe Conte was planning to rest Kane before the WC without the injuries, I doubt it though. I'm sure Kane is saying he wants to play each and every game if those kind of conversations happen. Enjoyed Kane's massive smile on the fourth goal, even though he's out on his feet and couldn't contribute he loved it.

12 games in 3 and a half months? That's too many is it?

In all comps salah has played more minutes than either.

and how is he doing this season? Also. Not 12 games… because they played champs league as well.

You're the one that limited it to prem games by saying 14.

The fact is conte has rotated a fair bit. I'm sure he'd want better players so that he could rotate more. But you don't rotate for the sake of rotating. You wait till players are tired then rest them if you can.

How often were players rotated under poch?

Poch didn’t rotate
He also threw the cups because of it
But conte has a bigger squad
Conte also though this season has had to deal with with a lot of injuries and the World Cup
No one knows the impact of that as no one has ever done it

I could understand wanting Poch back if Conte walks or is sacked some time in the future but I honestly think it is pathetic to want Conte sacked now after just one year. By the way I wonder what all those Goons who wanted Arteta out over the last couple of years are saying now?

It was me not DTA that mentioned the league games and if you actually read my post it said the league games and all European games.

You don't wait till players are tired before rotating, you do it to ensure they don't get tired.
Look at the way Fergueson done it, he played his strongest team in the big games, outside that he would rotate 1-2 players every single game.

I know a few fans are moaning about how boring we are at the moment but it is a work in progress, I know it not always pretty but one thing he has managed to do for us is get us fighting until the end. We have come back in so many games where is in the past( for so many managers) we have gone down and never showed enough fight to get back into a game.

Plenty of work to do but give him another couple of windows to bring in better players and the see how we do.

For one of our better seasons he would swap out our full backs, going in the press saying it was key to keep them fresh as they were the key to the attack, Walker, Rose, Davies and Trip's shared duties regular. As did Wanyama, Dembele and Dier in DM

He also changed Alli, Eriksen, Lamely, Chadli and others in that area at times regular.

In fact it was Lloris, Jan, Toby and Kane who were the week in week out starters without fail

The changing of the full backs did tinkle the players off
It was the right thing though but I know from talking to both walker and rose they wanted to play every game

The wet dream of pochettino coming back and somehow working a miracle with this bunch is so so boring. We need a few windows to clear some deadwood and progress. While we are at out keys gets walker, Rose and dembele in the team.

Under Conte we are progressing even if the football at times lacks.

Seme of his previous sides had quality and played to win ... they were hard to beat and played good football.

Have they?

Kulusevski was rotated a bit (Richarlison, was rather controversial). Then got injured.

Richarlison himself got injured, but hadn't been played that much.

The close to always present players are/were PEH, Bentancur, Kane, Son and Dier iirc. With Emerson close to ever present. The only injury from that bunch was Son who got clattered in the head, hardly from being played too much.

If anything Conte has shown that with regards to injuries the players that haven't been rotated could deal with the workload.

Kane couldn’t be rotated as his cover (Richy) was injured or son had to oaky left side with no Richy cover there
Our right hand side cover is moura…. Injured when we lose deki
Cover for Dier is who? Romero has played central when Dier was subbed off … injured

kane is literally broken. Can barely run and we haven’t been able to rest him.

we have played 12 games in the last 42 days
For context Richy got injured 8 games ago
Son 4
Kulu 13
that’s big holes and even more so when that includes the players to rotate
He also has been managing Skipps fitness
Moura has had an injury too
Romero as we know has blown everything for the WC
Injuries have hampered the rotation, but conte isn’t very good at it anyway

I read your post as saying we got injuries because we didn't plan/rotate enough. Apologies if I misread your post.

I definitely agree that the injuries we've had has severely limited us at a difficult time.
