Harry Kane MBE

Imagine if Levy sold Kane.... Imagine.....

I am not condoning violence at all, but someone would go for Levy within a week.

Only if Pochettino walks out with him. However Kane stays and I think after the new stadium the pressure will be on to deliver some sort of success.

It's also becoming increasingly obligatory for them to make sure their headlines include the name Harry Kane daily. Doesn't matter what rubbish they write, It still sells papers in the same way names like Madeleine McCann, David Beckham, Princess Di and Gazza have done in the past (and still do to an extent).

The mail and express harp on about the second world war a lot in their magazine pull outs, well the adverts on the telly say in this weekends express a new colour document about world war 2. Must appeal to their readers but dont know why because most of them can not have been in world war 2.

Do you ever feel the fates have it against us - big time! I mean, Harry missing a penalty that would have given us the lead at Anfield with just 5 minutes remaining? And with such an uncharacteristic poor effort? Of all the games to hit a dud, what odds it would have been that?

What odds that Leicester would have the season of a century - if not a millenium - just all the usual suspects slump and we went on a run that would normally clinch the leafue? What odds Conte finding stumbling on a back 3 that would take him on an unlikely winning run that would make it impossible to catch up with them!

Straight down the middle though. The keeper dives and he scores, even though it was a scuffed shot.

It's statiscally the safest penalty because the goalkeeper just about always dives one way or the other. But he has taken a similar penalty in pressure situations in big games before, and Karius was obviously aware of it and guessed right. But that's penalties. Taker and goalkeeper will try to second-guess each other because they have information about each other.

What odds that Chelsea, with a fudging half wit managing them, win the Champions League to deny us CL football after finishing fourth?

What odds lasagna, fudging lasagna, denying us fourth and finishing ahead of those arseholes up the road?

The footballing gods hate us. Absolutely hate us which is what makes any success so sweet.

Yes but we aren't talking about a Norwich striker or an Ipswich striker. We're talking about one of the best shooootists in history. Mr Blammo. Mr Sniper Snappy Wacko Blatto. He can pick the knot on the corner of the net he wants to hit, and hit it.
