Harry Kane MBE

Second in the top scorer charts, only three goals behind Vardy. Same number of goals as Ighalo and Lukaku now.

With 14 games to go he is six goals short of the 21 PL goals he scored last season. I wouldn't be surprised to see him equal or better that.

@Squawka
Harry Kane has scored 36 Premier League goals over the past 2 seasons. Only Sergio Aguero has scored more (39).

Not too shabby for a "one season wonder" being 2nd to the only undisputedly world class striker in the league.

Aguero: 39 goals in 3786 minutes = 97 mins per goal
Kane: 36 goals in 4700 minutes = 131 mins per goal
Giroud: 26 goals in 3479 minutes = 134 mins per goal
Costa: 28 goals in 3774 minutes = 135 mins per goal
Vardy: 23 goals in 4341 minutes = 189 mins per goal
Benteke: 19 goals in 3592 minutes = 189 mins per goal
Sanchez: 22 goals in 4183 minutes = 190 mins per goal
Lukaku: 25 goals in 4912 minutes = 196 mins per goal

Yes he could actually be Jesus.
Only problem is he can't do this:

Have to say, today he looked like he needs a rest. Struggled to hold the ball up and looked off the pace - brilliant penalty though.

But slightly worrying to see. We could do with a sharp and hard working Kane for the run in. Hopefully he'll be back to his best again soon. He took a few knocks today as well, could have something to do with that too.

It was a tough game, what's been lost in a lot of the celebration is how hard we had to work for that.

Kane had two real opportunities I can recall, the penalty and the shot late on that hit the side netting ... he damn near scored both .. not much else you can ask.

I agree a rest would help, be interesting to see how Poch approaches the next 4 games ...

Their back 4 hardly moved forward until we scored and then he actually came more into the game
