I know his first game was 3-4 at home to Aston Villa. I remember going 0-3 down before equalising only to concede a late 4th. Sure he joined in November but could've been later in December.

Yeah so he was with Spurs in Dec 94.
Looking up our results that month we were decent whilst QPR results weren't, so if he won MOTM in Dec 94 it wouldn't have been with QPR but with us.
