Eric Dier

Again that’s an opinion and your entitled to it

I remember him getting slated last season vs Brighton too yet it was him with the key passes that helped us win the game

He may not get back to his best but you can’t getting an odd game that’s for sure
Key passes for which team though?:D He loves a brain fart and constantly gives the ball away in critical areas either through poor passes or dithering on the ball - yesterday was nothing new, just a reminder of what we’ve been missing....

For us
Watch the goals in that game
Yeah he has done that
He has also won tackles, won battles and done his job.

Looked to me like he was trying to hard, rushed and lacked composure.
Exactly what I would expect from someone returning from injury and wanting to make an impact.

i actually believe Winks will be a far better player with Dier in the position behind him. Winks ( imo) has played in a position that does not enable to be at his best, now Dier is back i think we will see the best of him again.

Where would you play NDombele then?

Personally I think it's not his top speed that's the issue, it's his agility and acceleration.
Possibly, not seen any data on that.

Would like to see it measured - being slow on the turn often looks very similar to being left with too many people to mark in a game situation.

Don’t know if you follow NFL, but I’d LOVE to see all PL players be put through the Combine drills that the draft prospects have to do. Would be very interesting.

I'm fairly sure the technology is already there tracking them the way NFL players are, but I don't think the clubs share the data
