Emirates Marketing Project

It would be appropriate, yes. Chelsea have to be in that number…
Unfortunately I'm not convinced they will be. Chelsea's sponsorship deals have tended to be proper commercial deals as opposed to being from companies under their owners' umbrella. I also don't think Chelsea were paying their players and coaching staff large amounts for spurious overseas assignments.

Thats why we have jury's. To decide what is just and fair, guilt and innocence.
"The concepts of law and justice are often confused and misinterpreted by many. While the two are strictly connected, they are not the same thing. Justice is a broad concept that is based on equality of rights, fairness and morality. Conversely, law is a body of regulations and standards set up by governments and international bodies and is (or should be) based on the idea of justice. Laws are written norms that regulate the actions of the citizens and of the government itself in all aspects, whereas justice is a principle that may or may not be universally recognized

Yes. But for me, laws shouldn't be about control they should be to ensure your freedoms. With the judiciary and jurys there to ensure justice.

They'll relegate them instead of the 18th placed club, which will of course be West Ham and also hands the league under no pressure to Arsenal. They will then look into whether they should award all teams 3 points against them, which basically wipes out the benefit of our win yesterday and no doubt will cost us CL somehow. They will then change the rules for next time it happens to make sure no other club misses out or benefits in the same ways as this particular season.

When you are on a jury the judge instructs the members they must make their decisions on the evidence they hear not on anything else, justice is never mentioned.

Doesn't matter. The jury decision is up to them, whatever evidence is put before them, whatever the law or judge says. They decide what justice is.

As I wrote before starting with a minus makes a massive difference mentaly and a totally different challenge, i dont think all the players would react as they did in the past.

And without being able to refresh a squad that knows the league title is all but beyond them the morale is going to tank.
Europa League place would be a good result imho.

As they were using the other clubs they own to pay the majority of wages of mancini and some of the players. They should have to sell them. For the sponsors that they were laundering money through they should have to cancel them.

So does oxford university.

So, the laws governing the jury leave jurors the freedom to ignore the law or the judge’s guidance on how the law should be applied.

Because the jury’s reasoning is not in question, their verdict is taken at face value with some very rare exceptions

As recently as 2021 six activists associated with the environmental protest organisation Extinction Rebellion were tried for causing criminal damage to the British headquarters of the multinational oil company Royal Dutch Shell. The judge told the jury that there was 'no defence in law' for the protestors' actions, which according to the prosecutor had caused 'significant damage' to the building, but the activists were acquitted
