They need a face for the dartboard.Still don't understand why the protest is towards him and not Enic, He has clearly been given instructions on how the club should be ran. he only owns 30% of Enic doesn't he?

Hardly game changing money, can see why we're not really interested in a naming rights deal. Not sure it has been mentioned but the Rugby board recently sold Twickenhams naming rights to Allianz for over £100M over ten years.
It’s not just football is it
not the need for it but questions around how long its taken - we've got the crowds, we've got beyonce and NFL so is it the price ? i believe we've changed the head of sponsorships along the way tooOf course naming rights would have been part of the thinking/planning from the outset, not sure where the argument is there or what it proves?
Originally it was the price. There was an offer from a multi national financial services company at close to £15m a year but Levy valued the rights at closer to £25m a year.not the need for it but questions around how long its taken - we've got the crowds, we've got beyonce and NFL so is it the price ? i believe we've changed the head of sponsorships along the way toThat’s what it was originally. The club was looking for north of £20m a year. There was interest from a financial services company at close to £15m

I think Levy realises that ship has now sailed, with us no longer looking like being a regular Champions League club and the Super League now being off the table. I think the rights are now being kept as it is likely to make a sale easier and/or inflate the price of the sale of THFC.
Agreed, if we had a sponsorship deal with Hooters / Walmart then the Qataris won’t buy the club and vice versa.Originally it was the price. There was an offer from a multi national financial services company at close to £15m a year but Levy valued the rights at closer to £25m a year.

We never looked to sell naming rights for WHL?
It isn’t - but if the Qataris come in well, we are looking at an open door here for the cash cannon.Hardly game changing money, can see why we're not really interested in a naming rights deal.
