Do find it funny. They complain they might not have enough money to pay wages etc... but then ask to be allowed to spend more on hosting matches and travel.

it can't, ENIC were not even allowed to own majority shares in two clubs in Europe, they won't be allowed to own two clubs in the same division

It sounds like something will happen to prevent another country owning clubs but it shouldn’t stop there - if it is wrong now then it was wrong when city got taken over and it was wrong when Saudi Sportswashing Machine got taken over.
They need to backdate this and suspend the owners of those two clubs. Throw the pricks out. And arrest that taco who secretly rubber stamped the sale of Saudi Sportswashing Machine when all the other clubs were told it wasn’t happening.
Why did that guy suddenly and secretly do a u-turn and allow the sale? Could it be that something worth £300bn gave him a brown paper bag…
