Simon jordan thinks the sale will still go ahead. But the uk government will ensure every penny goes to ukranian victims of war.
I can’t see this staying in place for long, someone will buy it soon.
Won’t they just sell to another owner and so all these issues are removed almost immediately? And in place of RA, they have a new owner that throws cash around for fun.
you'd think this would push the price down too, potential buyer knows a lot of people on the Chelsea side are invested in selling asap so they can get back to normal, not their money so would be pushing RA to take it
So they clearly couldnt charter a plan for an away game in the PL even:
https://www.aircharter.co.uk/about-...ow-much-does-it-cost-to-charter-a-private-jet
SO Norwich away tonight, Lille next week, Boro the week after....they're either getting a coach or flying economy, if the right flights can be found
I assume nothing stopping the players putting up the money to fly to Lille etc and back on a private.
I'd love to see a super rich owner buy a club they hate and run it into the ground just for fun.
Thats what I'd do if I had the money.
If the government provide an exemption. He cant sell assets at the moment
It’s in the Governments interest to get this sorted ASAP, they won’t want to be seen to causing the demise of Chelsea
