I think his time would be up if that happened imo and I would want it to be. To say what he said, lose a semi final then blow a 10 point lead to not qualify for the CL? Not sure how his position would even be remotely tenable in that scenario if I am honest but people will still feel all is dandy and carry on as you were.

I wouldn’t want him gone but he hasn’t to pick and choose his battles and his words now

I’ve got a medal from running the NY marathon. The world record holder pulled up so technically I beat him. I don’t boast about tha medal because there’s a lot of people who have one.., but I beat the world record holder in the NY marathon so that’s factually correct and I’ll have that. Notice how I’ve chosen my words

I’ve got a medal for winning the 3rd division midlands university football league.

Mate, if we messed up from here on in and finished 5th then how could he stay? How could you ever really get behind him going forward? I just can't see it. It sounds extreme but think about it, you are 10 points clear after beating your closest challenger with 7 games to go and you still finish behind them. That is a collapse that would rival the sit down post Carling Cup final win in '08 and would beat it imo given the games remaining when we went 10 points clear.

The belief would be gone in the dressing room never mind the crowd. That would be unforgiveable on top of today and I stand by that.

Also maybe give GG a break until you've had a chance to calm down and reassess where we're at as a club. No help venting after isolated incidents.
 
I'm as calm as I've ever been. It's my opinion/what I think will happen, and I'm allowed to express my view here, just like everyone else.
Its not my problem that you don't agree.
 
There seem to be some who get pleasure out of negativity. Which is fine. However, my opinion is that they should scream and tantrum elsewhere. There is not one of us who is not disappointed, indeed, this is one of those rare moments where we are unified in criticizing that insipid second-half and even Poch’s subs/tactics. But to now predict doom, gloom and shout about it shows the balls of a
eunuch and the voice of a keyboard warrior. I implore those who are inclined to please take it elsewhere once you’ve slept on the SF result and get behind the fudging squad to make sure we confirm top 4.

The best possible thing that could happen before Watford is for the players to walk out to a 70-80,000 crowd all roaring them on and reminding them they have all the talent. I’ll be there. Will you? Or will you be sitting behind a keyboard raving on about “collapses”?

Not sure but I honestly don't think that's the point tbh. If you lose trust in your partner and the relationship is untenable you don't concern yourself with who you are going to replace them with, you just know that you can't go on
