+++OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Liverpool+++

cant believe that MOTD did not even analyze that potential penalty. There is no difference between that and VDV against palace. The football gods are just playing with us at the moment. Giving it agianst us one week then not giving it for us the following week. Its fukkked up.

Absolutely. How on earth is that not a pen? Regardless of whether Richi could get a shot off, he was clearly impeded. FFS.

And Lacroix hardly touched Cunha and got sent off a fourth night ago.

Spurs outran Liverpool by 9 kilometres! NINE! That's insane. That's almost the distance of one player. Liverpool have been outrun by the opponent in all but 4 games this season.

I want to echo a lot of the sentiments on here and what was said on the pod.

Showed real effort and spirit, fought for everything. Also showed, more in moments, quality. Really well done and feels like it could be a turning point, but we won't know that until more games come around. But some reasons to look forward to upcoming games rather than dreading them.

Massively important point too.

Most important thing for me is that we scored very late in the game which, at least, makes you feel like the players kept on fighting despite everything that has been going on against us in recent weeks. No suicidal defending either. Our attacking play remains very limited and the challenge against Forest will be a very different one but at least the result and, more importantly, the match offers a glimmer of hope.
