Agreed, you're right, I realised that today.
Spurs are posting losses, but a lot of the deductions don't count towards PSR, so we are absolutely fine in PSR terms, and thus if Spurs (Levy) had (or finds an investor with) hundreds of millions, we could invest that money if we could reliably claim the money was spent on sponsoring the ground or whatever.

But in terms of the current Spurs and Levy, we do plough all money back into the football team and do spend what we bring in, and have spent huge sums of money on "fees + wages".
So any additional money needs to come from somewhere or someone else

Why are they still arguing about a statement that was made about Rangers? It was clearly about Rangers.............just own that you got it wrong and pull him up on something else

This is one of those things that people repeat/read enough times that they think it's true - it's indicative of the world we live in that the truth doesn't actually matter anymore (if it ever did) just repeat what you want people to believe and enough people will assume it to be true

Reminds me of the Burnkinshaw quote “there used to be a football club there”
Which I never ever found as something he said, but not saying it wouldn’t be wrong

In relatively modern times, that approach was the bedrock of Sinn Féin’s strategy in the late 80s and 90s. It’s pretty clear now that others in the political world were watching and learning.

Have you seen the drama on Disney based on the book about the formation of Sinn Fein… it’s very good. It’s called say nothing

Yeah, it’s good. Some great performances. The book is better though.

Mate, the playbook of a lot of this brick is word for word from a certain propaganda minister from the 1930's ...

For sure - that’s why I said in relatively modern times. Followed by violent and extremist groupings through the decades.

Amortisation and wages are over the course of contracts.
If they get to the limit, unless they boost revenue or sell players/reduce costs they have no choice but to stay at the limit.

That's without buying anyone.
Lol.... So they absolutely do have a choice then? They could sell players or reduce costs.

They don’t care because they can’t manipulate things in their favour
They have stopped investing
As I say, there are experts out there who say this and the numbers stack up
They are now using boxing as their focus for sportswashing which they can manipulate so they do care about that
One thing all of these owners want is instant success to justify their interest
They haven't stopped investing. They are making up the allowable losses shortfall.

Who are these so called 'experts'?

I don't think you can categorically say it was made about Rangers. Equally I don't think you can categorically say it wasn't made about Rangers and made about football in general.
