I would be lying if I said I'll miss him. No amount of skill can make up for being a ****.
 
As much as I dislike Neymar' theatrics, if this injury is as bad as reported then it will be a shame to see the tournament' poster boy ruled out as he's been about the only bright spark in an otherwise workmanlike Brazilian team.

Slightly ironic considering how many fouls the referee allowed the home team to get away with on Rodríguez though, karma perhaps...
 
Now the Brazilians really do have something to have a cry about.......
 
A shame to see one of the greatest talents ruled out, but given his lack of effectiveness last night I do wonder if he would have been as impressive against true quality like Germany then Argentina. I thought Brazil actually defended really well last night, but the lack of real danger from their back 6 coupled with the crapness that is Fred and Oscar having a nap, it meant that Neymar had an awful lot on his shoulders. But Messi has been dragging Argentina through this tournament on his own.

A shame to lose Suarez and Neymar from the competition for negative reasons but its more drama in whats been a enthralling tournament.
 
In general during the WC I just like to see the better team advance. However, I really dislike this Brazil squad and want them to lose. I hope the Germans can turn them over.
 
It will reflect very poorly on this WC if Germany somehow wins it. They have been very poor since beating Portugal in their first match. They were very lucky not to get beaten by Ghana, US and Algeria since then. France would have overcome them easily if they had bothered to turn up in the quarter final.

Well Germany have the better players and team compared to Brazil so hopefully they do advance
 
Neymar and Thiago Silva out - Klose to get his record, and Germany to win 3-2. I can't see who's going to make the difference for Brazil - Hulk showed some promise against Colombia, but he's not going to be able to do it on his own. Would love a reprise of the 1990 WC final.
