Women's World Cup 2015

Has it really been rammed home? If the men's team got that far the media coverage would have been far greater.

First of all, I enjoyed the women's WC and I watched quite a few of the games. To me, from early on , France and USA looked the best teams but the latter just edged it in attack with their three center forwards. The fitness of most of the teams was pretty impressive too.

Okay I take that back , rammed home is OTT . But it was said a couple of times by the pundits and also in a BBC online report too. The England coach has also come out with it a couple of times in his post match comments ( Japan & Germany games). He said, "The girls are legends, are up there with the Geoff Hursts."

1966 has nothing to do with it, kudos to the women in their own right is all I'm saying.

Despite what they are trying to prove, most of women's sports will always be about showing off their body by wearing sexy clothes.:p

The only reason female athletes wear tight clothing is because horny old men is suits decide they need to in order to participate.
It'll die off with time, modern men and women will take over for the powerful few who seem to be left behind in the dark ages.

If you want sexy time, watch porn instead and let the athletes go on with their lives.

So reports of racism in the womans team, people think it is?
If it's the Ebola thing that was reported, I'd say more a poor taste, unfunny attempt at a joke than racism, but there you go.

Mind you, he looks a bit of a clam and that was pretty telling in the case of John Terry.

The FA really are a fudging joke. Their statements are so ambiguous but with that left open to much speculation. Now this bloke will have his reputation pulled through the mud, he will have trial by media, which will no doubt seem him roundly criticised without the full facts being known.

I reckon they/he's banged to rights on the Aluko case after she pointed out that "their" investigation was a joke. Now they've just found a different excuse to get rid so they don't lose face (or not at least admit incompetence in the Aluko case).

What is he supposed to have done?

Whats that got to do with this.

The FA are a shambles.

Aluko didn't like being dropped, bless. They say 'there's no fury like a women scorned'. She then played the race and "bullying?" card (manager "bullies" player, boohoo, thats sport) ...........unbelievable.

All this 'he said' 'she said' makes working for the FA a nightmare and practically impossible not to fall foul of political correctness.

The FA are a still a mess and are still not fit for purpose!

It seems that the rpeort concerns his (and others') time coaching the Ladies at Bristol City, and Glenn talks of 'boundary between Coach and Players'. Implication was flirting or suchlike with a player.

No charges, no cause for concern for future employers, seemingly an excuse to rid FA of him because he isn't a Saint.

Can't wait for someone to come up with dirt on Glenn. His whole thing at the FA seems to be to make it an arm of government. What a clam!.
