What Happens? Chelsea 4th and ECL winners

So let's say the blues win the ECL and are 4th and we are 5th... Do we still qualify?

When's the ECL final? Is it after the league?

Could we be in a place where losing in the league due to CFC winning the ECL mean we qualify and winning in the league mean we don't?

If they win then they qualify as holders but only 3 English clubs are then allowed. 1st-3rd. That would be that. 4th would be no good.
 
If Liverpool won the FA cup I'd almost expect the 4th spot to all of a sudden go to the cup winners... But as others have said it doesen't look like anyone will be getting it.
 
So four teams no matter what. Man how could qpr be so toss defensively today??? GD is going to be important isn't it.

You could also argue that how could we be so toss up front.

I mean as games go this was as easy as they get. It was so easy even in the interviews the players and Manager cant say that BR even posed a threat.
 
If Chelsea win the CL, they go straight into the Group stage, where they're already seeded.

1st & 2nd in the EPL also go straight through to the Group stages.

3rd in the EPL have to go through the qualifying stage (in the same way normally the team in 4th would)
 
Here's something that may be very unrealistic, but GHod would it be sweet, if Arsenal finished 4th.

Chelsea lose Champ league final, hilarious. Chelsea win it, Arsenal don't get in the Champ league, hilarious. Very wishful thinking though.

No.

If Chelsea win the CL, they go straight to the group stages when they're already seeded.

1st & 2nd in EPL go straight to group stages

3rd in EPL, go through qualifying in the same way 4th normally would
 
So basically if we finish 4th, then we have a 50/50 chance of getting in to the CL qualifier.

If we want a certain place in the best football stadia in Europe next season, then we need to finish as the best team in the league outside of Manchester.
