I stand corrected.
I never said he planned it, I never said he targeted his shoulder, maybe you're referring to another poster there. He saw an opportunity to leave a mark.I think it is naive and laughable to suggest that Ramos "planned" to do his shoulder. Playing football at that speed, you do not "plan" such specific things. It is wholly possible that as Salah engaged him he thought "right you little taco I will make damn sure you go no further" but to suggest that he "knew" he was "doing Salah's shoulder" is just silly.
IMO.
FWIW I think the conspiracies around this are madness.

Imo, Bale wasn't the match winner, Ramos was when he took out Liverpool's main threat.

People suggesting it was just an accident are incredibly naive. Ramos left himself in there, took out one arm and landed on Salah. You don't fall like that naturally, and if you were bothered about not hurting the other person, you certainly wouldn't fall like that.
As for the 'it was the other arm that got dislocated', Salah had to break his fall with that arm, from the weight of two people.
I've just watched and rewatched the Ramos/Salah incident, yes Ramos hooks Salah's arm but watch Salah initiate the contact by leaning in to Ramos with his arm across Ramos, the act of leanining in already had Salah falling to the ground. Then watch Ramos' eyes he is constantly looking at where the ball is. I'm no mind reader but I'm sure he's thinking along the lines of "I need to get to the ball" not "let's dislocate Salah's shoulder."
Sadly every club has a macaronic element to it's fans.
Like I said, some people are incredibly naive. There is nothing natural about Ramos' roll half way down, or landing with his arm underneath himself, rather than outstretched. He's done him.Could not disagree more, it was a coming together and he fell badly. Some are trying to make mountains out of molehills.

There is no need for Ramos to turn his body when he's almost down, and land like a dead weigh on Salah. Watch him release his arm position when he wants to get up, it wasn't trapped. It looks six to one, half a dozen to the other here

Agreed. If you fall like that without something to land on, you risk your head hitting the ground sideways, which isn't much better. Your natural instinct is to put your hands out to break your fall (like Salah and Ramos do with their other arms).Anyone would try and avoid landing face down
That's what I'm saying, he took advantage of a situation.I think there’s a middle ground to the extremes. It started as a ‘coming together’ when Salah thrusts out his arm to hold Ramos back. Ramos then siezes the chance to link arms and pull Salah to ground. Any injury to Salah is peripheral (or an added bonus depending on how you view it) to halting Salah’s move - but I don’t think anyone would doubt Ramos would be happy with the result.
Something I saw on twitter yesterday summed it up - namely that Ramos would unplug your life support machine if he needed to charge his phone. He is a master of the dark arts and that includes knowing when to take advantage of a situation, which Salah presented him with on Saturday.
