i honestly don’t know the laws of the game anymore, it’s depressing, they’re butchering the game.

The changes are all being made in response to outcry in the press/fanbases.

A lot of the handball changes were driven by that (perfectly legal under the laws at the time) goal arsenal scored that deflected in off of Koscielney's hand.

Technically, the old handball rules were perfect, sadly they were undermined by officials who didn't understand the definition of intent.

You can score with your shoulder according to that, but not the arm / hand.
