Must Troy harder
If you're good enough you're old enough.
He must not be good enough yet.

Well he's not gonna improve by just training.
He needs games at some level.
He can't be match fit playing one u18 game in 8 weeks.
You can't let players stagnate like Walker Peters.
He hasn't been let play u23 football or a loan since he was 19.
He is 22 now and people will counter that he was overhyped.
But of course he overhyped if is development was then sabotaged.
Back to Parrott. Either he is good enough for the bench or he should be playing with the u23s. Not this in between nonsense.
ICYMIMaybe Stevey BeerWine's arrival will facilitate a loan for the toy parrot?
Absolute amateur nonsense from the club here.
With clubs sniffing around Spurs were obviously open to loan. So Parrott thought there was a chance of a loan and wanted a loan.
But someone at club is instead looking at next season European squad registration. This season Parrott needed to be registered as one of the non homegrown 17 in the main squad A list. He doesnt qualify as one of the u21s on the B list as he hasnt been eligible to play for the club for 2 years since the age of 15. This is because Parrott only officially joined at the age of 16. So Parrott is a week short of Uefa's deadline.
Obviously someone at the club though they could fudge this week and Parrott would still be B list elgible next season. But now they realise it's "too complicated".
This is why the loan has been pulled.
But next season's Europa League(if we even get there) squad isn't important. The 17th player will be a third keeper or a Wanyama.
Parrott has been fudged out of a loan move on the flimsiest pretences.

Why the complaints? I like the assumptions that we wont be in Europe. We will be there.
You think he isn’t signing a contract then ?He can go for free summer 2022. He can sign a long term contract next week when he turns 18. We just refused him a loan based on flimsy nonsense.
This is the club tinkling money away just like they did with Edwards.
It's probably not just about the immediate CL/Europa squads though. Him being classed as club trained will be an advantage to us as a few years. The player needs two uninterrupted years at the club and I think him moving out on loan would have meant that didn't happen.

You may be right, although I don't think he is anywhere near ready yet.I also think that Jose may have not played him to highlight the need for a striker
Now his hand has been dealt he may give him games
I agree but then who thought Tatanga wasYou may be right, although I don't think he is anywhere near ready yet.
