I believe we could take both Gomes and Tielmans, they are slightly different in playing style and would be significant upgrades and both have PL experience and have performed well. £70m for the pair would be good business.

Tottenham have joined Liverpool and Man Utd in the race for £35m-rated Benfica midfielder Gedson Fernandes, says the Sunday Mirror.

The Portugal international, 20, is contracted to the Lisbon club until the summer of 2023.
 
Gedson Fernandes looks like a real talent and would be a great addition.

I love Danny Rose, he's a better player than Digne for me. He's still got years to give and I doubt he'd want to go to Everton if he were to move. Digne is 4 years younger and a good long term option, but I think there are a few more things to think about not to mention the loss of a HG player from the roster.

The home grown thing could really become an issue this summer if we miss out on our preferred English targets. Also exacerbated by Trippier hopefully leaving.

Jefferson Lerma - would be a good squad addition.
Would offer good midfield protection for winks and when Eriksen drops deep.
Can get the ball forward well too.

And has the thing we really miss in CM.... he's a bit of cnut, but knows how to just about stay out of trouble.
