Their also spending big on the stadium so they have to be more careful than previous

I think a lot of their big buys are leveraged against commercial revenue.

As much as I love him, Eriksen is no Beckham on that side of things. And Id suggest Hazard isnt either.

Maybe its something along those lines?

a bit of both but they have been paying a stupid amount for young potential (Vinicius Junior €61M when 16, €45M for 17 year old Rodrygo) - its widely thought that they have decided in general they cant compete with PL on $$ so trying to get in before them. They will still push the boat for special players and I can see a world where they spend £150M+ on Neymar for example.
 
We’ve been linked with Eze for months. We’ll probably wait and wait and wait and.... too late
 
Eze looks great. Other than Aarons, he's the only Championship player that looks like he'd be good enough for us.
 
Norwich really were impressive last Saturday versus Leeds especially their midfield some good players.
