Out -> Lloris, Spence (loan), Dier, a couple of the academy kids
In -> Werner, Dragusin

I'd assume only options from here is CM? if PEH goes?

We may be offered someone to our liking. Uefa ffp is kicking in. The amount that clubs can spend has dropped from 90% to 80% of turnover for this year. Prem are also introducing new rules. Possibly why so few clubs have done any business. There may be clubs that need to offload. We'll see.

I'm sure we were linked with a few 18 year olds.

If Davies is out for 6-8 weeks then getting Kelly (who can cover left-sided defensive positions) seems a nicely opportunistic move as I'm sure groundwork was done with him last summer to get him on board with the idea of joining. Everything he'll have seen of Spurs since then has surely made him more open to the idea, while his price has fallen even more.

Were that to happen, having our top four choices go from Romero, Sanchez, Dier and Lenglet to Romero, Van der Ven, Dragusin and Kelly in less than a year is quite the change.

Just at the time when our turnover is increasing and we are bolstered by relatively sound finances for the last few years. I think we'll find ourselves in a position of strength for the next few transfer windows - especially if we are only wanting to get a small number of players rather than overseeing wholesale squad renovation

Arsenal, utd and chelsea are struggling with ffp. Might mean we get more of a free run at our targets in the summer. Seems to be a buyers market, we seem to be one of the only buyers.

Also at a time when we seem to have our scouting sorted.

Which is all ideal as we will need the summer to carefully get two or three players to properly bolster the squad in readiness for Ange to have his first proper crack at Europe with us alongside being competitive towards the top of the league.

Think it will be 4 or 5 (depending what we do this window). Need a backup gk. If vicario gets injured we are in trouble. Still seem a bit short in defence fbs and cb. Alternative to maddison unless devine is ready, i'd like to see another loan for him. Dm/cm if skipp and hojbjerg go. Upgrade richy, the kid from feyenord looks good.

Hopefully we find some utility players that can fill more than one role.

That is to get a title challenging side.

The 18 year old thing will happen every January window. It's the last chance to get players in to have them count as club trained. So it will almost be like an NFL draft every year, where big teams come in for the most promising of that year's cohort.
 
I would like to see one more signing who could walk into the team and expect a youngster for the future who possibly stays with their club for now. Suspect it depends if we can sell an other player like Hojbjerg or Reguilon. What area of the team would you like to see added to or who would you like?

Probably a question for the stadium thread, but where do the players and team buses enter the new stadium?
