Not true. Here are the rules….

there are restrictions on how many players Premier League clubs can loan from other Premier League/English clubs.

They are:
- Premier League clubs may not register more than two players on loan at any one time.
- The maximum number of loans registrable in the same season is four, and, under no circumstances, shall more than one be from the same club at any one time.
- Premier League clubs cannot loan to another Premier League club a player they have acquired in the same transfer window.
- A Premier League club may loan not more than one of its goalkeepers to another Premier League club.

With the exception of Welsh clubs competing in the competitions listed under Rule V.6.2, loans from a club in membership of another National Association do not count towards the above quotas.

Other premier league/english clubs. Atalanta are neither.

Fifa changed the rules this summer for international loans. Tbh i have no idea how it effects anything. Think you can only loan out 8 over 21s. No idea how many you can bring in.
 
Shame Rabiot to United is falling through. Him on obscene money there would be perfect!
Now they've gone from Rabiot and Arnautovic to Casemiro and Joao Felix! Lol! No chance any of those will go anywhere near that brick show!

I remember fans on here wanting Rabiot… guys awful and over rated, mainly by his mum
 
Why are United looking at goalkeepers when they need to upgrade other areas as a priority? Something isn’t right with that club. Why allow Henderson to go? Weird.
