Because they are "reports". In all likelihood, we've probably just not offered as much fee as Monaco have, because he are waiting to get most of Tanganga/Sanchez/Dier out the door first.

No doubt it will be the same in Saudi as well but is any league really sustainable, most PL clubs are heavily subsidised and running with huge losses or only continuing because of owner investment.

Mls is sustainable. Their previous league wasn't. The chinese league wasn't.

My original reply was to a post, suggesting that because the saudis have football as their number 1 sport, it would somehow be different.
