We should be tapping up Dembele now as well just to unsettle him.
I wouldn't mind him at Spurs actually but 1st things 1st.
Certainly the sort of thing Fergie would do. Still not sure on Dembele yet, one game he looks unplayable, then the next game he shows promise but no end product.
Would love Dempsey if we could buy anyone from Fulham
probably Kacaniklic starting then or even Frei
Who? Townsend at left back? or Frei? I like Townsend generally but, not really as a defensive player, i haven't seen too much of Frei but, when i have he's seemed like an exciting player. He's brick.
Interesting point raised elsewhere. Can we now recall Townsend from Birmingham? And if so, would he be worth a shot at LB on Sunday?
LOLInfraction
guess we could. he's certainly under 21.
surely gallas will play left back and will have to chance king/nelsen in the centre. what we mustn't do is waste bale there or mess about with the system to cover it

West Brom v Arsenal
PAUL PREDICTS: 1-1 or 2-2
I was very impressed with West Brom last week and I don't see Arsenal winning there. I thought there might be a negative reaction to Roy Hodgson leaving, but fans turned up with England flags and wished him luck. They'll want to send him away on a positive note and I can't see them failing to score when you look at Arsenal's atrocious defending lately. Are Arsenal going to get two or three? I'm not sure. Against Norwich it looked like they were gone.
Tottenham v Fulham
PAUL PREDICTS: 3-0
I see Tottenham beating Fulham and finishing third. Fulham have done great this year, but their away record is not the best in the world and on the last day of the season I don't think they'll have the same intensity as Tottenham. Spurs were unlucky to only draw with Aston Villa last week; they dominated that game and I think they'll win and finish third.
Everton v Saudi Sportswashing Machine
PAUL PREDICTS: 2-1
Of the teams trying to finish third, Saudi Sportswashing Machine have got the hardest game. Everton have been on a great run, they're trying to finish above Liverpool and they want to send their fans away on a high. They also want to prove that, maybe, they could repeat Saudi Sportswashing Machine's success next season. Everton are playing well, they deserved to beat Wolves last week, and I think they'll win this one.
