We should have enough to beat Barnsley with a reserve team, but then we should've had way more than enough to beat Swansea with our first 11!! There are no guarantees with us right now. Get the job done before we start messing around too much. We have nothing to gain but everything to lose.

I hope we get to see them too! No way in hell are we going with this line-up, but I'd be pleased to see us start with these:
Gazzaniga/Vorm; Foyth, Sanchez, Alder; Davies, Walker-Peters, Winks, Edwards, Dier, Alli, Llorente.
Ideally we'd rest Davies and Alderweireld, but we need to play someone from the first team. Alli needs a game to get going, has been quite rusty so far this season.

Where did you hear about Edwards? What is the reason? I'd be gutted if he doesn't feature. I'd start him personally, see what he's got in the eriksen role( slightly different players I know).
Confused as to why Poch thought Edwards was "physically ready" last season, but not this season for a third-round tie against a lower league team but ughhhhh. Still hope we'll see some young players like KWP or possibly TOB.
