And after certain people said Rose was 'alright' and played well againsT Stevenage i posted :

Who else can play left back is irrelevant to his performance, that's Harrys fault for letting players go out on loan that could have all played LB.

I would actually rather have ANYONE in our squad playing LB,including playing somebody completely out of position.

He was LW against Stevenage iirc, started poorly, had the freedom of the LW and put in a couple of decent crosses after a few very poor crosses and some people thought he played well. He was no better than average that day imo.


It's not his fault he is being asked to play LB, he is an average to poor LW, and definitely not a LB, he never will be.

Sorry if i am being harsh, just how i feel about him playing in this position. '

Rose has been crap every game this season. He is not a premier league player , let alone a PL left back!

To be honest, I don't think there was any intent in the tackle whatsoever. Looks to me like he goes for the ball and then his left foot slips through and he hits Hutton as he's falling down. Looked really bad, 50/50 red card for me, but I'm giving Rose the benefit of the doubt.

One positive might be that more often than not, this sort of thing drives a team on. Gives them more determination. Doesn't matter now if we lose 2-0. We simply HAVE to go for it. At least get a point.
