IMHO, I don't think it has so much to do with our positional play as being caught on the break numerous times due to maybe the worst passing we've shown for the entire season. I can't remember us being that poor in a long time, if anything our weighting of the pass has been a tad hard before I think. Today it has been poorly directed, way too soft and the movement in the final third has been lacklustre. We are so much better than this.

We will turn this around quite easily if we straighten up. Villa look very poor too.
 
When they park the bus we need to take a leaf out of the Frank Lampard school of shooting. Shoot into a crowd of players from the edge of the box often enough and eventually you will get a deflected goal.
