TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR vs ASTON VILLA - OMT

I doubt Villa will play as poor as they did ay WHL, but I certainly wont mind if they do. Already nervous and its not even Sunday!
 
We must go for the win right from the start. That was the trouble against sunderland. Too slow and cagey and then couldnt pick it up.

Fly at them down the wings from the off. Press high and strong. Dont let them settle. Get the ball forward quickly. Players run off the ball. Score from corners and free kicks.

The game is sooooo easy.

I hear you. Can't stop shaking. Honestly this feels like a cup final to me. I can't see myself having a good night tonight

Rightly or wrongly I think thats just what they might do. They only need a point to stay up and McLeish will have seen what we are like are breaking down stubborn defences. Wouldnt surprise if they played 5-4-1
 
A point doesn't really change their situation though, their goal difference is already worth an extra point over the 4 teams below them.
 
If they come out and attack us and stay nice and open in midfield we should be able to do it. Don't know if I want Parker or Sandro for this one. We need to really, really go for it!

It does really. Wolves and Blackburn cant finish above them (unless BB win both games by a bundle). Then for the 3rd team going down, unless QPR win at Man C on the final day then the max which they can get to is 38 (by taking 4 points from their last two) and so if Villa take a point off us they'll also be on 38 but with a far better GD. Currently if QPR took 4 points and Villa lost both then they'd finish above Villa

Really shouldnt be 0-0; if its still 0-0 with 20 or 30 mins to go then I hope we start taking defs off and bringing on forwards so we either win or lose. I really dont think that a point is much use to us tomorrow

Maybe if they have acquired 11 8ft players without anyone knowing & stick them all on the goal line & not move for 90 minutes. There is no way we won't stick at least 1 goal past Villa. The chance to go above Arsenal will give our lot a massive lift.

There was absolutely no way Saudi Sportswashing Machine would beat Chelsea.. as there was no way Arsenal would trip up at Norwich...
