When you cede easy goals, that is the outcome. We had to work to get a glimmer in attack, they just walk through our defense. Interesting juxtaposition of two different footballing styles. One we could have had. And there is no denying that keeping the goals out is a strong foundation for any side.

On reflection you are right in most aspects.
However, if we have a manager who cannot setup a defence, we deserve to lose most games.
It's why I remain positive about our future. Most of the ingredients are there. We just need better coaching.

Forest did what they've done all season. Bang a couple of goals in then back themselves defensively. We huffed and puffed but ultimately an 18th defeat of the season fully deserved for those opening 20 mins.
Can you be badly coached defensively if you don't do any defensive coaching?

Nothing against Forest as a club but i hope they miss out on the CL. Quite frustrating watching a team having 5 shots on goal in 90 mins, scoring 3 goals and getting away with it week in week out. Obviously I hope Chelsea miss out but I hope Forest do too.

We work the ball pretty well in possession imo. Just want us to get back quicker into a solid shape.
