Exactly. Get him off at HT> By the QPR game, he'll then have had about 45 mins football in about 2 weeks which is a decent break. No point bringing anyone off the bench apart from Carroll and Townsend
 
Woudl be good for Sigurdsson and Ade to get a goal. Oh and Thudd needs a hair cut - could change his career!

Check Use manual proxy configuration and type in the proxy ip (80.243.182.139) and port (3128) into the boxes.

On Mac (Firefox): Preferences > Advanced (Gear) > Network subtab > "Settings…" button under connection. Paste in the IP and port while selecting "Manual proxy configuration." Then load:
