I know the usual rule about waiting until the last match isn’t a Sticky BUT I’m done with the Brentford result. We need to move on and demand more from the players and staff.

So I’d be tempted to play as strong a lineup as possible v Charlton. Forget rotation. Tell the team that what happened v Brentford was completely unacceptable. That we should be heading out to win every match. That we should be fighting for every ball. We should be leaving it all out on the pitch and almost crawling off the pitch at the end such is the intensity of our work rate and desire to win.

Hopefully Savinho and Marmoush will have signed by then and can start for us.

We can’t rotate players and play a weak team. We need to have players realise that defeat is not acceptable. We need to build understandings in the team and actually become just that a Team.

IF we hold a lead of three goals+ in the second half then that’s when we bring on the backups and youth players but not before.

I disagree - I think this is a chance to build morale at the club. We lose this, morale crashes. We need to have a solid beautiful win over Charlton else Lange, Vinai (I see some people call him Vivian now, LOL!!), and De Zerbi can walk.

I think the bitching and moaning! is perfectly understandable noise. How can anyone be ok with what happened?

We have to be heading into each match with the mentality of must win. And yet we may as well not have even driven to Brentford. I think a loss by conceding the fixture is a 3-0 loss?

People may try to justify the loss but I find it extremely difficult to justify the performance. We lacked intensity and passion it was an uncoordinated lethargic mess. And that was our curtain raiser for the season. Unforgivable no matter what excuses are thrown at it.

I genuinely believe our pod this week will offer some perspective. The dialectic approach. It was a brick performance and there are clear, clear reasons.

If we loose it could start a rot - there is huge question mark over mentality anyway (you don't finish 17th twice otherwise).
Charlton are a Championship team and must not be taken lightly.
Against Brentford we played like a Lge 1 team.

It must be our strongest team, and even then it'll be tight.
