****Tottenham Hotspur v BVB********* OMT Official

I hope the crowd back the team tonight, and actually try and drive them on.

Regardless of what anyone thinks of the manager, if we concede early, immediately going toxic, booing at HT or when our own players touch the ball, singing “sacked in the morning” etc we’re basically just confirming to the players we don’t think they have any chance of getting back into it, and they’ll give up.

Then at the end, Frank will be blamed anyway, so all the negativity toward him can wait till after the game has finished. I just see zero point of hounding the bloke and the team when we’re actually playing.

Spot on!

I'm sure someone will put me right but I can't remember many teams being booed at halftime and coming out to put in a winning performance in the second half.
Do they think the team will be prepared to be more adventurous and take chances when the mob are ready to turn nasty at any error.
Any real fan would save their displeasure for the end of the game to demonstrate their feelings to the board and manager rather than intimidate the players.

Will be interesting to see how the midfield 5 do. Been wanting to see Spence further up as he can carry the ball quite well.

What should be a night of excitement, passion and anticipation, you can’t help get that dreaded feeling again. However we should at least try to enjoy it as difficult as it may be because we won’t see European nights for a few seasons.
I’d like to see Udogie further forward.
Some young lads on the bench. Why not throw a few on if we get the norm?!

Wow city losing 1-3 to to bodo glimt. Even we managed to win and draw against them didn't we?
Bodo also had the ball in the net twice, ruled out for tight offsides.
Also hit the bar, also should have scored several others.
They've absolutely mullered (a very good) City.

But when Spurs beat them, they are just a bunch of fishermen from the village.
Rodri got sent off after an hour due to his frustration chasing shadows, Bodo were already 3-1 and should have been 5-1 at that point.

Four 17 year olds, one 18 year old, one 19 year old, one 20 year old and the experienced 21 year old Scarlett on the bench.

Bare bones.
