All I can say is... the changes would make the scheme less viable... but that's not to say... in and of itself... that the level of viability would be fundamentally affected so as to make the scheme unviable... but I don't have the quanta to specify the viability threshold other than to say that a private investor would expect a greater return... and adding more social housing would only have a negative affect on that and on the viability... but I can only refer you to my previous.... WOAH 3 MINUTES TO SAVE TOTTENHAM! THIS IS GETTING GOOD!
