Thomas Frank’s coaching staff

I wonder if we could get a big presence/profile replacement in?

A Carrick, Huddlestone or someone like Gary Rowlett?

We'll likely promote Defoe or someone though i imagine

Carrick would bring a LOT of internal pressure onto Frank i.e. after a run of poor games, sack Frank and let Carrick step up

I sense that's what we need. A challenge for Frank to rise to, or someone to grab the wheel from him.

A potential Jol for a potential Santini. Or maybe just a Bentley for a Lennon

At least things are happening. We need to shake things up a bit. I do not think Matt Wells leaving does any harm. We've been awful since he came back, and none of the teams he coached alongside Parker did very well.
Getting someone really competent in could be a turning point.

The one I would have loved to get in, is
Karl Marius Aksum, but that is unlikely to happen, as he was just appointed manager of Swedish champions Mjällby FK.
But he's a genius, and the mastermind and main reason behind their sudden success. He's managed to make a small team with very little resources play like prime Barca! Some of the play and movement they show is just mindblowing, especially considering the (low) level of players they have.
