And he will get a decent job again I am sure. Maybe not the top top level, but any job in the PL is big regards of the noise to the contraryHe has a level and also needs a specific set of circumstances to be set around him to work well IMO.
Such a classy man.
Of course, he could just go and sell his soul to Neville and Carragher for a few quid, and throw around some stupid narratives like the other guy did.
He was never, ever attacked with the repetitive ignorance and prejudice that 'the other guy' was.
thats because he never "managed" a team with the same repetitive ignorance as the other guy
(how you doing @thfcsteff? I'll happily do this dance again)
Up for this tango darlin'...the guy's history was written off, his nationality largely ridiculed, his achievements derided as 'farmer trophies' and when he won us our first in 41 years, it was dragged through all sorts of negative mitigation. Frankly (pun intended) I think the fact he wasn't as well-presented, handsome or media-friendly as Thomas cost him a lot (not meant as a sight on TF at all)...
OK baby, I just limboed, whatcha got?![]()

One manager actually won something and has done that throughout his careerYep, and I wonder why
QED
One manager actually won something and has done that throughout his career
The other is now a Vidal Sassoon model
Many idiots have won trophies I agreehe's won one proper trophy
any idiot can win the Scottish league, and many idiots have

But to be a manger and not win anything, ever…. How bad does that man need to be

I’m fairly certain there’s a certain Spanish ex-PL manager and a German gentleman who may disagree with you. I could also offer a Scottish red-faced alternative if you’d like…you can't play honest, pretty, attack focused football and be successful in the PL
One of them qualified for Europe twice and won Spurs’ first trophy for 17 years and first European trophy for 41 years, the other had the worst points per game record of any permanent spurs manager in the PL (yes even worse than Christian Gross!)thats because he never "managed" a team with the same repetitive ignorance as the other guy

You should apply for the Rangers job mate….he's won one proper trophy

I don’t know what football you were watching, or your idea of cynical, but many of Pep’s teams were a joy to watch. Klopp’s teams were front-foot, relentless and good to watch for the most part too.Sir Alex did it in a different time.
The only Spaniards and Germans who have won the PL did it in an even more cynical manner imo.

I’ll thrown in Iraola and our own RDZ when at Brighton too. Both qualified for the EL playing excellent football while hampered by limited resources.
I’ll go further and say the only pragmatic and cynical teams to have won the PL recently are Leicester and the A***.
